This page lists all known SkinCalc, WorldCalc and Euro Calculator skins,
except for a few non-public skins (e.g. projects done for clients). All skins are included here with the kind
support and permission of their authors. We consider skins both a form
of art and culture and a precious expression of our volatile high-tech times. The goal of this archive is to reduce the risk of
work being inaccessible or lost. We respect the many fine skin sites
which support our software and the community of skin authors, and we do not wish to compete with them, so we
do not encourage direct downloads from the skin archive. Wherever
available, a link to an external download page is provided instead of a
local link, as recommended by the skin author. If you notice that a skin is missing or
out-of-date, or if you find a broken link please let us know.
If you are
the author of a new or updated skin, kindly submit it. All skins are tested
before being added to the archive. We always get back to the author if we
have technical feedback, and all authors receive a free license key for the
currency-enabled versions of the software. Information Fields
In the following sections you can click on the author name to access the
author's homepage, and on the skin name to access the skin. Click on the
thumbnail to view a full-size image. The Short Name field indicates the
recommended short name (only lower case letters and numbers) used for the
archive name and for directory. This name must be unique in order to best
support both download sites and users. This archive is the official
repository to ensure that short names are unique. The Distribution field indicates
the type of distribution requirements set by the skin author, as set in the
skin.ini file. "Standard" means "The unmodified skin may be freely
redistributed and used". Support for units is required both for base
conversion and for currency conversions (in Euro Calculator and WorldCalc). The Units field indicates what type of support is
provided by the skin. The Banner field indicates whether the skin includes
a banner region (which is ignored if the calculator does not use banners).
The unregistered version of WorldCalc uses an ad-sponsored exchange rate
data feed for currency updates, and requires a 234x60 pixel banner region. The
Notes field reflects the Comment information included in the skin.ini data.
